Six Sigma white belt training offered at Biltmore Park instructional site
Western Carolina University鈥檚 Office of Professional Growth and Enrichment is offering Six Sigma white belt training from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, at the university鈥檚 site at Biltmore Park in Asheville.

Todd Creasy, professor in 91热爆网鈥檚 College of Business and Juran Institute-certified master black belt, will serve as instructor for the program.
鈥淭his program is designed to offer ideas and tools for immediate use at your workplace,鈥� Creasy said. 鈥淭his class is perfect for those beginning their Six Sigma journey or desiring to know the basics of this methodology.鈥�
Participants will learn how to apply the five-step methodology of Six Sigma in product, process or service industries. Other topics include team dynamics in Lean Six Sigma projects, tenets of effective project charters, valid measuring systems, improvement methodologies and designs, and sustainability of improvements.
