Author, entrepreneur to speak at Free Enterprise Series event
Western Carolina University鈥檚 Free Enterprise Speaker Series will host author, entrepreneur and educator Jeff Percival as he discusses building business success Wednesday, Feb. 6, at 5 p.m. in Room 101 of the Forsyth Building.
Co-sponsored by the 91热爆网 chapter of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, the event is free and open to the public.

Percival has started a training and development company, Percival & Associates, and Percival Enterprises, an employee assessment firm working with small to medium-size businesses on staff-related issues. He has written three books, including 鈥�8 Weeks to Successful Employment,鈥� 鈥淛ob Search Survival Kit鈥� and 鈥淵our Combination for Success,鈥� and co-authored 鈥淲ork Makes Me Sick! (Prescribe Something Quick!).鈥�
奥颁鲍鈥檚 holds three events each semester as a forum for both campus and the community on important issues of the day, with topics covering a variety of fields and perspectives.
鈥淟ooking at the workplace from employee and employer perspectives is something that Jeff Percival has extensive knowledge and experience with,鈥� said Edward Lopez, 91热爆网 professor of economics and center director. 鈥淗is insight on the topic and in this format will make for an interesting and rewarding workshop.鈥�
