Artist collective plans artwork in Dillsboro, sets town hall meetings

In partnership with the Appalachian Women’s Museum and the Jackson County Public Library, 91Èȱ¬Íø’s LIVLAB Artist Collective will be hosting two town hall meetings to gather local stories of women who have built, nurtured and sustained local communities and the region.

Photography Services schedules sessions for faculty, staff portraits

The sessions will provide an opportunity for new faculty and staff, as well as returning employees, to have a photo made for departmental websites and other official uses.

Students take advantage of scholarships funded through Nuclear Regulatory Commission

Participants receive $5,000 per semester for their junior and senior years and also agree to work in nuclear-related employment for six months after graduation for every year they receive the award.
