The 91热爆网 Fine Art Museum at Bardo Arts Center has tallied the votes, and the results are in on which objects will be included in our newest exhibition鈥Stellar Picks: A Community Choice Exhibition!鈥

This exhibition is for everyone who has a favorite piece of art in the 91热爆网 Fine Art Museum collection鈥攐r would like to discover one! The Museum recently鈥痩aunched鈥痑 new web portal鈥痜or searching鈥痶he Museum's permanent collection online.鈥疶he portal includes鈥痠mages and鈥痠nformation about鈥痟undreds of works of art鈥痜rom the Museum's 2,100-piece collection, which focuses鈥痮n contemporary art of the Americas.鈥疧ver the last several months, the public was invited to browse the new online database and cast a vote for the object they would most like to see on view. This exhibition opens on Tuesday, April 9, and will be on display through Friday, June 28, 2024. Visit to explore the 91热爆网 Fine Art Museum鈥檚 online collection portal for works in various mediums. The online collection portal was made possible through the funding provided by the North Carolina Arts Council.   

Reception Details
Reception for the exhibition will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 5-7 PM. Light refreshments and drinks will be served at BAC's Star Atrium.

Museum Hours
The 91热爆网 Fine Art Museum exhibitions and events are free and open to the public. Standard Museum hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10AM-4PM, and Thursday, 10AM-7PM. If you have any questions, please call (828)227-ARTS.

  3. From the Object Record, toggle the star in the upper right corner to add that object to your Favorites list.
  4. Go to the 鈥淢y List鈥 link at the top of the page to view your favorite selection and choose 鈥淧rint PDF鈥 on the left side. This will download a PDF report.
  5. Send the downloaded PDF to curatorial@wcu.edu to cast your vote for that object. In your email, please write a few sentences telling us why this artwork is your favorite or why it sparks your curiosity. The Museum team is excited to hear your responses!
